Connection tester

Overview

The TigerJet connection tester application will check that your router is correctly setup and is able to handle Internet phone calls correctly. In addition it will also test your phone hardware.

Download and install Connection Tester

Click here to download.

Double click on the file you downloaded to install.

Running Connection Tester

1. Close IP Phone Center.

2. Click Start > Programs > Connection Tester for IPC and PPG > TJNet Connection tester.

3. The first part of the test will check that your phone hardware is working by recording 5 seconds of audio from the handset and then playing it back through the handset.

4. The second part of the test will check your Internet connection, this test will take ~90 seconds to run.

5. Please check the report for advice on any changes to your network configuration that may be required.
