gateway configuration
Overview
The HomePortal Internet
gateway from 2wire can be easily
configured to support Personal Phone Gateway.
To configure your 2wire home
portal to support Personal Phone Gateway, please follow the directions below.

Before
installation of your Personal Phone Gateway
|

| The stand alone Internet
access gateway / router will be connected to the Internet and your
Network as shown above. |
After installation of your Personal Phone Gateway
|
 |
|
The PC with
the Personal Phone Gateway
card installed can be any PC on your local network and connect your Personal Phone Gateway to
your regular phone line.

Open the home console
-
Double-click the ( ) icon on the bottom of your computer
screen.

From the home console, click the Network
tab.
|
|
|
The PC running Personal Phone Gateway can be used just like any other PC on your network.
|
|
|

From the left-hand list of applications,
click to select "NetMeeting"

Click Add
-
Click Add>,
NetMeeting will be added to the right-hand list.
- Click Done

next stage below

click to select "IRC"

IRC will be added to the right-hand list.
