Unable to receive calls

Overview

If your caller can see you on their BuddyList but calls to you are not received there is possibly a Network issue.

Are you on a network?

If you can place calls OK but not receive calls and your PC is on a network you will need to install a Personal Phone Gateway card to route your calls.
