Connection tester

Overview

The TigerJet connection tester application will check that your phone hardware is working correctly and also check your internet connection. The TigerJet connection tester is particularly useful if you are behind a  router (or Firewall etc.) as it will check if your router is correctly setup.

Double click on the file you downloaded to install.

Running Connection Tester

1. Close IP Phone Center.

2. Click Start > Programs > Connection Tester for IPC and PPG > TJNet Connection tester.

3. The first part of the test will check that your phone hardware is working by recording 5 seconds of audio from the handset and then playing it back through the handset.

4. The second part of the test will check your Internet connection, this test will take ~90 seconds to run.

5. Please check the report for advice on any changes to your network configuration that may be required.
