Static Gateway calls

A static gateway is a VoIP gateway that has an IP address, if you want to place a call to a Personal Phone Gateway please click here.

The provider of the static gateway will give you an IP address to enter into Buddy List, please follow the instructions below;

Static Gateways can be added to your Buddy List by using the tools button.

Click tools

Click add a Static gateway

Enter the gateway name

The IP address of the gateway

Prefix for the phone number (if required)

Click Add
